Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages BIG EMPORIUM MARKET is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@bigemporiummarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
